Location was great. Very comfortable for family of 5. Utilized the pool daily, it was extremely hot when we were there. Would stay again. Only negative would be the lock box. Wish it was a keyless entry. It was a pain putting the key back in the box so anybody could use it.

Place is run down, there black mold in most rooms around windows, floorboards are broken and cause injury. Host is a con artist who tried to get me to cover the change of locks. Thankfully, Vrbo & Expedia have excellent customer service and covered the expense. Host does not care about the property, and leaves the management to others who have let the place run down. The bed is lumpy, the showers are held together with tape. However, Windsor hills more generally is fantastic, the pool is warm, the staff are great and location is fantastic.

This is a fabulous vacation rental! Everything was clean and in good working order. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Trash is picked up daily right at your front door. I highly recommend this host and property.

The location was good- right near the Walmart. But definitely could use some upgrades. Floors were uneven- covered by rugs. Bathrooms out of date. Would be nice to have a shelf in the bathtub for shampoos etc. Minimal items in kitchen- aka 1 paper towel- for a week. 3 dish tabs- for a week. And the laundry soap was not available for personal use. Also the key system could be upgraded so you don’t have to carry a key. A nice touch would be to offer a gift basket of goodies etc. for the guest. Blankets and pillows should be upgraded.

Enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was there that we expected for cooking and eating at home. There were a few small issues including the floor being popped up and uneven in many spots. There was a small ant problem as well. My husband also mentioned he had a hard time with the toilet being smaller than normal. The resort never did pick up our trash despite us following the instructions, but that isn’t the fault of the owner. Overall, though, the resort amenities were fantastic, location great, and the problems we did have were fairly minor.

This home was beautiful and had a well equipped kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay. We did have a bit of incident with the neighbor below complaining about noise from the kids footsteps (not much I can do about that). But overall we had a great stay.
