Great location for Disney goers! The pool was nice, “Disney” perks were included without the Disney price which was a plus. The room was average. I’m bumping a star because the walls were paper thin and we heard any and every movement from our neighbors.

Todo estuvo muy bonito en general. Sin embargo, la limpieza en los días posteriores al check-in fue bastante mínima. Notamos cabellos en el piso del baño y la bañera, lo que indicaba que no se había hecho una limpieza adecuada. Incluso encontramos almohadas en el suelo, y la secadora y la cafetera que habíamos utilizado no fueron colocadas de nuevo en su lugar al ordenar la habitación. Por el precio que se paga, creo que deberían ser más cuidadosos con esos detalles. En cuanto al personal, la mayoría del staff de recepción fue muy amable, con excepción de Michelle, cuya atención no fue tan cordial.
