When you arrive, they text you so that anything you need, or any questions you have, you simply text them and it happens. Our room was clean. We had a lake view balcony and it was a beautiful view. The staff is awesome!!! Anytime you text, they respond!! We have already started planning another trip here. Truly had a really good time here. Good job!!!!

We really love coming here, but this last time our room was kind of dirty. we come here a couple times a year, but it seems like this time we didn’t get the same kind of service. The people in the dining room were amazing and breakfast was delicious. I wish we had the opportunity to stay again with a room that is a tad bit cleaner. There was hair on my bed and pillows.

Spring break 2025

The hot tub was broken. The TV was out the whole time we were there exect inthe bars and lounge areas. The pool tables and shuffle board were unavailable do to a private party one of the nights. This resort was more for kids 13 and under or drunk people. Everything we did was away from the resort. They offered to give us a discount in the hotel but said since it was through hotels.com, that they could not. I would stay somewhere else where you could be more accommidated.

Overall my stay was fine, no major complaints. Minor issues: It was still spring, so it appears some of the dining facilities were closed or had limited hours. Obviously the property is rundown and in need of major renovations; I presume those are planned. A third negative is the lack of amenities--no coffee/tea/water in the lobby at all. Even modest hotels generally offer something.

Room was dated and had many issues with it. Shower head is falling off the wall. Cracks and unpainted patches throughout. Refrigerator does not fit in the cabinet provided for it. Heating/Air was impossible to control and very noisy.

We enjoyed the Fin's arcade, billiard and pizza. Jolly mons water park, and the lunch at JB's boathouse was also wonderful. We went back for the breakfast buffet, but that was disappointing and very expensive. If you are wheelchair bound or have trouble on your feet, this is not the easiest terrain. There are lots of uneven walkways and steps where no ramps. The staff was very accommodating when I reached out for a new room.

While the surrounding area is great, this resort property was very out of date with a lot of deferred maintenance. Cleanliness was less than ideal. The food at breakfast wasn't very good. I don't recommend this property nor would I come back. One positive: the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting in and out of this place with a trailer is nearly impossible. The roads are tight and not much room to maneuver. Of course this is expected when right on the lake of the Ozarks however for a large of a complex this is parking is rather blah for a truck and trailer. For starters the place is rather dated. They were doing some renovations to the bathrooms on the main lobby area so seems like they are trying to keep it up but overall seems like an 80s resort.

Disappointing and mever again!

This hotel stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price of nearly $500 for two nights. The initial room was unacceptable, with dirty hallways and banisters, mirrors leaning against the walls, faded and scuffed trim, water-damaged floorboards, and a stained bathtub. Being moved to a "lesser value" room that was also dirty, smelly, and only partially cleaned is completely unacceptable. It sounds like the property is relying solely on the Margaritaville name without maintaining the expected quality. This review strongly advises against staying at this hotel, as it seems to be a poorly maintained property masquerading as a premium brand. Would not lwt me upload pictures!
