APA hotels really knows how to make you feel like you broke the bank while continuing to be budget friendly. They will do everything in their power to make sure you have everything that you need and the properties are always in such great locations. You're walking distance from the station and there are so many food options.

Breakfast was outstanding. Laundry is tucked away near the bathing area but okay. Location was very close to the East exit of Shin Osaka station but only a small lift or stairs to that entrance. The only criticism was the heating. Like many of the brand the heating or air conditioning is centrally controlled. I am sure it is great in Summer or in mid winter but in a particularly warm November it was in heating mode only and room was 26 deg C with no option to cool.

This location is a short walk from the east exit of the Shin Osaka train station. The hotel and the room were clean and well provisioned for this class of hotel. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Shin-Osaka station and had a big Onsen style bath. The hotel met my expectations. Only down side is my single room was very small although this is very common in Japan. I'd stay here again.
