Comfortable stay in the heart of Osaka

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and up to date, the location is great, and the rooms had nice amenities like a kitchen, as well as the properties had a laundry room, a guest lounge, fitness facilities and even a playroom for children.

I loved that the apartment style rooms. The stove and big fridge with freezer was great. The air humidifier/purifier in the room was awesome because I caught a little sinus bug during my trip. Walkable to Namba and Shinsekai areas. Close distance to Namba station. Not a crowded area.

Well located and top quality

Stayed here in June 2025 and was blown away by the hotel. From the first encounter at the front desk to the check out the staff and facilities were excellent. Rooms were bigger than expected, but clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast choice. The was a lot to choose from but not all that good. Shame

A great location for exploring Osaka, in a beautiful hotel with a great selection of polite, attentive and multilingual staff. The building and lobby were beautiful and fave a great impression and the large corridors and rooms helped to carry that image throughout the hotel. Our room seemed gigantic for a Japanese city hotel and had all the necessary amenities along with some extra bonuses. The buffet breakfast was good and helped set us up for the day, but the optional alternative breakfast at "Spice" was fantastic and I would highly recommend that anyone staying tries that breakfast alternative at least once! Overall a fantastic hotel and one we would definitely consider staying in again.

Location of this hotel is on point. The amenities, especially when it comes to laundry, water, and ice cube and the gym. The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoyed grabbing a drink at the bar. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Osaka.

Seems like a luxurious hotel to me. The lounge area offers free drinks and sweets for guests. The service provided by staff are also very professional and friendly. 10 mins to Dotoburi and Namba Station.
