The property here was great. Response and service amazing. Any questions always resolved with utmost respect and response. They do there best to guide you even with language barrier and would find a translator if there is such a conversation they had no understanding of.

In the heart of Osaka, extremely convenience. Everything you need just a door step away and you can travel to anyway within 15 minutes walking distance to the stations. Will come back again next time to Osaka.

Perfect location if you want to be near the Osaka Train Station, or the other train station nearby. Great shopping, great amount of food options, everything is walkable, coffee in the morning, or Starbucks is a 2 minute walk, felt safe walking around the area at night. The pajamas they provided were GREAT - need to find me a pair! - and the view was lovely even though we did not have a ‘view’ room. The room was a bit small for us (staying 4 nights we needed more space) but it was enough, and the beds were super comfortable.

Great location from Osaka station and all the shopping malls ,lobby is located at 9F and you have to take another elevator down to first floor.breakfast is okay not many options.staff is very friendly though

Highly recommend this place for trips to Osaka

The Hotel is conveniently located above JR Osaka and Umeda Metro station, and connected to the Links mall, Yodobashi Camera and many other malls in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth. Basic amenities such as hairbrushes, shavers, toothbrushes, coffee and tea are provided in the lobby so you don't have to worry about those.

It’s a bit confusing to find out at first but that could mainly be me not being adapt at using Apple/Google Maps well. Afterwards the property is great, quiet, provides free coffee and extremely convenient for metros.
