The hotel is a 5 min walk to Osaka Station so have access to dining, shopping, metro or train/shinkansen to other parts of the Kansai region and beyond. The airport bus stop (KIX to Osaka) is a 3 minute walk. The metro station to Dotonbori is a 3 min walk. The breakfast was amazing (rotate the options every other day). There’s coffee and smoothies, sparkling wine on weekend. There are convenient stores close by. They have foreign TV stations in English (NHK and Australian - ABC). The only thing is the AC turns off by itself. The staff was nice despite language challenges. I was glad I was able to leave luggage until time to head to airport. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This is a great property. Great service and great value. Good breakfast buffet. The only reason I gave 4 stars are the beds are firm which is good for some not for side sleepers. Can't fault the place too much for that. The staff was amazing.

Close to Osaka Station, convenience stores and restaurants. What has room for improvement: International ( USA) TV stations such as CNN, CNBC, etc. Bedding could use a lighter duvet as the one provided was too thick and therefore too hot

Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda exceeded every expectation. Location: just awesome - steps from transit, shopping, and dining, making exploration effortless. Rooms: spacious and spotless, thoughtfully laid out with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast: sumptuous buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and quality coffee to fuel the day. Evening offerings: the hotel serves drinks (including wine) each evening, and a light late-evening dinner-style selection that’s perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Staff: so very helpful - warm, attentive, and quick to assist with recommendations and requests. Overall, a superb stay for both first-time visitors and repeat travelers - great location, clean roomy accommodations, excellent food, and genuinely helpful service. Highly recommended.

Very close to Blue Line train and Osaka Station. Family Mart in front. Staff very friendly. The only downside is the small room size with little space on foot for luggages

My bathroom smelled like a dirty rag. I had to ask them to clean it again. The carpet in my room is full of stains and dirt. Had to ask them to clean it too.

Great hotel. Helpful staff, only downside was breakfast. Not catering to Westerners
