There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and the airport bus terminal is next to it which is very convenient. Metro station is connected to the hotel with underground walkway. A lot of shopping areas are in walking distance. Room is clean although design is a bit old fashioned. Staff was very helpful when we needed help with transportation to the airport. Overall we are very satisfactory and recommended to stay again.

Room in good condition! good house keeping. only issues were Shower was difficult to use and made a mess, and the bathroom had an issue with a sewer smell, i’m a plumber by trade not a big issue but as a plumber I noticed it more. Good location!

Excellent hotel for touring Osaka. Centrally located to shopping and food, and transportation is easy from there to anywhere. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms were a good size. The buffet breakfast is included and is incredible. It’s in a banquet room with spectacular views of the city and the buffet is almost unimaginable in its breadth of offerings.

A really conveniently located hotel, and quite beautiful too - even had its own church inside! Good sized room and bathroom, although we will say that - despite being on floor 29 - we could hear a lot of noise from the street, mostly traffic and sirens and things. And given it’s a big hotel, we could also hear louder guests from the rooms adjacent / floors above and below. So not as soundproof as would be ideal, but for most it will be fine.
