The room was spacious, had a great view and very clean. With all the walking we did the soaker tub was a welcome perk! The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Hotel was very convenient to train system, Dontonbori, and shops. Staff were very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We called this place home for two weeks and would definitely stay again. There is a market on the basement floor and it’s near other shopping options and right on top of the station that leads to the main station, making this location extremely convenient.

This is more like a 4.5 because overall, it was a great stay! I had to deduct some points because the room we had was a little stuffy even when we turned on the A/C. But the hotel's in a great location and the breakfast buffet was *chef's kiss* wonderful.

The hotel's location is perfect - right next to Namba station. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and food are clearly labeled. We hope they will have more no pork and no alcohol food in the buffet. The room size is okay for Japan standard. .
