残念ですが、長い髪の毛がベッドやフロアに落ちていたり、バスタオルが生臭く、交換いただいたのですが、やはり生臭くて気持ち悪くなりました。部屋の照明がなく、暗すぎるためPCの仕事がままなりません。ライトを借りて最低限の明るさが確保できました。また、ヒーターが効かずに寒くてまいりました。ベッドも薄い上掛けしかなくトレーナーを着て寝ました。

Newly refurbished hotel. Spotless room. Everything works. Slightly small, but we stayed in smaller ones! The room had a banquette sofa and a moveable table and enough space to store the luggage. Brilliant location - the hotel connects directly into the metro and has 2 good department stores opposite, supermarket, good shops etc close by. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing value for money for our budget - around £100-ish for a double room on 21st floor with view. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Central to everything with the subway station just an escalator ride downstairs. Easy access to Diamaru, OPA, and Parco without even leaving the building. Lots of combinis right outside that’s open 24/7. Room was spacious, clean and service was impeccable!

フロントやレストランの方の対応がよかった。朝食は2Fと3Fの両方利用したが、両方共、美味しい。卵料理の料理人の方との会話も短いながらも良かった。また、朝食を終了前1時間でも料理は十分に補充されているので、ゆっくり起きたい日も満足。アクセスは、地下鉄駅と地下道でつながっているので、雨でも安心。
