The hotel itself is rather old, therefore not as clean as some newer establishments; however, you get all the amenities you need for a short stay. I did a one-night stay to be near the airport for an early flight, and it was a huge plus that they offer free shuttle services. The staff is nice and accommodating, and the location is great as it's super close to the station and shopping district.

The room was very spacious, clean, great view from the window, quiet area but close to Kansai Airport by train. However, Expedia website shows โ€œShuttle services included.. it is only FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT. Expedia website needs to specify for certain things so there are no confusions or disappointments when you arrive at the airport being tired and trying to look for a shuttle service to the hotel. Donโ€™t waste time looking for a shuttle service from the airport. Go and catch the train.
