The location is very convenient, 10 meters from the subway exit and 20 meters from the supermarket which opens 24 hours per day. Hotel offers microwave (only one), the only shortcoming I can say is it doesn’t have the laundry you have to walk 5 mins to a coin laundry

Non-smiling staff but great little place

If you make yourself ready that some of the staff at the front desk don’t smile, but still do their job as required, then our stay was great. Had a problem with the interior lock on the door initially not working correctly, but staff were very willing to come and resolve it. Fantastic location to 2 different metro lines, and shopping. Clean, quiet, great value for money.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was ok. It’s walkable distance to Dotonburi. The train station is right outside the hotel. The only thing is the room is really small. If the guesses are noisy you can hear it. There is an elevator at the corner of lobby to go down to train station level. Just ask the staff of the front desk.

Small room medium price stay

The room is very very small. It is very difficult to fit luggage or clothes appropriately. There is virtually no space to walk around the two open sides of the bed. Right next to subway, very convenient.

Staff did not speak english like advertised. When booking they did not note that rooms were only cleaned once per stay. No facial tissue. Fresh towels only on request. We had two rooms toilet seat in one was broken and they would only move us to a lesser room not repair. Other room there was blood on the sheets. Staff was indiffernt. Beds and pillows were rock hard terrible sleep for all. Do not stay here

Very nice place!

I think it was an eco-friendly hotel (because you need to turn on the fridge when you use it) but we only stayed one night, so that in itself was probably not super eco-friendly. The staff were nice and helped give us directions. It’s pretty central to the famous touristy places. The room was super clean and spacious. It was very nice.

Good stay.

Location good. Right next to Yotsubashi exit with elevator/escalator so handy for luggage. Can easily walk to Shinsaibashi station which has 3 subway lines. Can walk to Dotonburi via covered Shinsaibashi shopping strip. Room size ok. No safe at room though or weigh scale that we could borrow so could not gauge if we could shop more before go to airport.

Torn carpets, dusty rooms and allergic reactions! This hotel was an absolute joke. No staff to help when our room had layers of dust everywhere and my partner and I both had allergic reactions to the sheets, which were clearly not sanitised. The location is great but the hotel is 1/10 at best. Avoid it at all costs, the pictures do not show how worn and run down the rooms are!
