Was under construction in the lobby so seating was limited and it was also noisy. Wish they would have let guests know they were doing construction on listing before booking. But they were very nice. Especially the two girls who didn’t rock face masks

I think this was the smallest room i've ever staye

The location is absolutely amazing and close to everything people go to Osaka for. but literally this room was the smallest room i've ever stayed in, like dangerously small if you're a normal sized american and slightly clumsy, which I am. even if it was for 1 person it would have been ridiculous. But the good news is they have beer and ice cream in the lobby

A short walk to the famed Dotonbori street. The hotel is currently remodeling the rooms; nice but not as luxurious as some other hotels. The complimentary drinks, ice cream, and ramen (during specific hours) are a nice added touch. The breakfast (additional charge) is better than the other hotels that we’ve stayed at in Japan so would recommend adding that since a lot of restaurants aren’t open before 10 am (kobinis aside).

Hotel was perfectly fine if a little dated. The location is awesome, easy walking distance to local sights, dining options and public transport. The only negative is the bathroom which is all plastic and I felt like I was in a caravan!

A fabulous experience during my stay. The checkin staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Nightly activities for a better Japanese experience enhanced my stay in the property. The bottomless beverage offered in the lobby, delicious icecream and selected alcoholic beverages is phenomenal. The Dotonbori hotel is pure entertainment.

Excellent site. When tired, we go back to rest a bit then go out again. Amenities in the lobby make us guests feel special - free ice cream, drinks, water, coffee, tea - hot or cold. We can buy some food at nearby Lawson’s then have coffee/tea for breakfast. Their buffet breakfast is also nice although we tried only one day. There are lots and lots of nearby shops to buy food. The room is small (as expected in Japan). The toilet floor level is just too high above the room level which makes it very challenging for us to step up and down. Also challenging to step in and out of the high bath tub walls. We were just extra careful not to trip. Minor complaint for an overall great hotel experience.
