My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel provides a convenient base for those visiting Osaka, with easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be improved by the provision of refreshments in rooms, or at all times in the bar area.

Hotel literally had a dedicated exit for metro to it, so that is a major plus. Main issue is the elevator as it has to stop at floor two before going to floor one which causes confusion and increased wait time.

Its a short walk from the Midosuji whach and get you to and from most places in the city. Staff where kind, rooms where clean and the area atound the property has some interesting stuff to look at as well.
