Convenient location with train station and covered mall near by. Will book there again. They have laundry machines and it is easy to take a bus or train to airport. Underground shopping area is also close and easy to use to get around several blocks when it rains.

It is located in close proximity to all the attractions. Also, only few minutes walk from Namba train station. The hotel is very clean. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Great location! This hotel is right in the heart of Namba, Osaka - Dotonbori, a hot spot for shopping and food. Next to train station to go anywhere around Osaka. You can step out the front door and you're surrounded by all the city's top action scene. Department stores, trendy boutiques, and an endless variety of food, from street eats to incredible restaurants, are all just a short walk away.

Excellent choice if your budget is a main concern. Room is well equipped and the bed is comfy, also, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was awesome!! Overall, highly recommended. Btw, it’s walking distance to Shinsaibashi (I hope I have the correct spelling) Last but not the least, staff was excellent!

I liked the quick check in and check out via machines, no waiting. The room was small but clean and stocked with toiletries. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers because I was able to do laundry before I arrived home. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Walkable distance to the main attraction and Namba Station which is very convenient. Express train to Namba station from Kansai airport don’t need to take another train line to get to the hotel. The room was spacious for 1 person and can lay suitcase flat. I would stay here again.

There were previous guests' trash and some hairs in the room but it was acceptable. Not sure of the breakfast venue layout though. Why do they attach all tables like school cafeteria? No one wants to sit next to the stranger and they kept one table unused between other guests - wasting many tables and chairs. If they separate tables even a foot a part, a couple can sit comfortably without wasting the space. Soup section should be the end of the buffet and drinks should be separate area to avoid congestion. Yet, overall, this hotel is in a perfect area in Namba and overall experience was petty good. I do recommend this hotel.

Great value for money. Excellent location walking distance to train station, coach to airport, shopping, department store, restaurants, high foot traffic hotel yet kept so clean in all areas, different room types on offer (small to more spacious), comfortable bed, breakfast included (ok food but a good variety on offer. At least free breakfast). Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. One negative experience on staff service was they resisted changing one of our 4 premium plus rooms when the room had a bad smell. They kept saying the hotel was fully booked. They sent a staff up to the room clear the pipe. The smell got even more prominent that it got to the corridor. It took an hour of firm reasoning with them for them to then somehow find another lower grade room for us, with a promise of returning us to a premium plus room the next day. This should not have happened because The room was simply inhabitable. This bad handling of the situation would have resulted in a 1 star staff service rating had it not been very prompt and helpful staff service overall. Overall would recommend this very good 3 star hotel to anyone looking for a good budget hotel.
