Very close to the station. Hotel had basic room and amenities. A few basic amenities which other Japanese hotels offer are missing. Step up/down from the bathroom is about 10” which is huge. For seniors with knee or ankle weaknesses this is a huge drawback. Then there is an additional challenge during a mid-sleep trip to the bathroom.

The bathroom design was not ideal (though I did appreciate the roundish bathtub). The toilet seat was unusually small—even for someone with a BMI of 19. The room did not include basic amenities such as a memo pad and pen. Despite not using the AC, the room was uncomfortably hot. Pajamas were not provided in the room; instead, guests must pick them up at the front desk. Overall, the facilities and amenities felt quite cheap considering the price and the Sheraton name.

First time in Japan. Landed in Osaka but only stayed less than 24 hrs and went to Kyoto. Room is good enough for the night. I understand rooms in Japan are tiny but if staying more than 2 days, would prefer to get a bigger room especially with multiple suitcases.

The laundry room don’t have a dryer. After 3 rounds of spinning in the washing machine, my clothes are still wet. I need to bring my laundry up to my room to hang but could not dry in time. I had to pack all my wet clothing during check out. Such a bad experience without dryer.

I am glad that when i asked for recommendation on where i could have my luggages sent over to our next stay the staff helped me and i just needed to bring iur luggages iver at concierge even at the wee hour of 1:30 am. The staff are very accommodating.The hotel is clean and our room are ckean. Very convenient, a good 5 mins walk to Shein Osaka Station.

Overall the hotel was good. It is relatively close to Shin Osaka station but would allot more time when leaving to catch the shinkansen as it is a very busy station. If taking the subway, exit#7 is the closest to the hotel to get on/off Amenities are sufficient. They have coffee on the reception floor and also has water dispensers on each floor which was a nice touch. The only negative is the high step to get to the bathroom inside the room.

Good location, inadequate space even for Japan

Hotel is conveniently located close to a train station. Had room with double bed and it was extremely small. Nowhere to place suitcases for our 8 day stay except against a wall. Very limited space to put belongings. I thought our Tokyo hotel room was small but this was even smaller. Considering how much of a take away culture there is here, the garbage can provided was inadequate. Trying to be eco-friendly and not have them clean room everyday, but we just wanted someone to empty the trash bin. Bed was against the wall so if partner needed to get up in the middle of the night, had to climb over the other person. Restaurant located at street level next to hotel. Ok for a 2 -3 day stay but would choose another location for longer stays.

The only reason to stay here is for the close proximity to shin-osaka station. Literally no other reason. The hotel was dirty, some of the staff were rude, mostly at the restaurant, there were a few waitresses who were kind, others not so much and they gave the impression like they were babysitting you. Front desk was nice. Housekeeping was terrible overall. They could not understand english, spanish, or japanese. They kept not cleaning up my trash, i had to ask a front desk assistant to come and pick it up, which i was embarrassed to have to ask. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, and potentially change in management.

Hotel is very close to Shin Osaka stn. Use exit 6 as it is near the hotel. Room is nice and clean. How, please be aware the room key is needed to acess your floor. It cannot be used to access any other floors except 1 and 2. Also, you cannot call another guest room with the phone in your room. You’ll need WhatsApp or something similar.

The arra is close to station but dark a lot the stairs with luggage,not drinking water in room,carpet and walls dirty,halls for rooms no air conditioning smell bab,the restaurant for breakfast is a bad cafeteria in first floor under the ugly bridge in conclusion I think is a 2 star hotel
