Good basic hotel in an area with lots of shopping options and close to the metro station. The hotel is somewhat awkwardly located requiring an elevator to access the lobby from street level but should not be an issue for most people.

Cheap and conveniently located accommodation with typical Japanese amenities (cramped, bathtub, toiletries, housekeeping etc). Value for money with the breakfast included. However room have poor soundproofing and I could hear the next door tv or people walking outside. Overall, I would stay again for the price.

After reading so many hotel reviews, so happy we chose to stay at Via Inn Shinsaibashi. Great location and so close to Dotonbori (minus the noise). We are going to USJ and Kyoto. The hotel let us leave our big luggages for free until we come back for a second stay. Great service! Highly recommended.

Good location

I would stay there again, the location is excellent and convenient. Subway and shopping very close by and 7/11 downstairs. The bathroom is a little dated. Rooms are small but as you are sight seeing all day its not a problem. Staff are friendly.

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, but everything else was good. Really just a super convenient spot to stay in Osaka, not the most comfortable, also there were some loud cars both nights I stayed, which is unusual for Japan, not their fault but beware noise at night.
