Kind of run down for what we paid for the week. The dryer kept beeping and we reported it and was told the team would be notified but know one seemed to care ..we had to unplug it to make it stop. The appliances had seen better days and the sheets didn’t fit the beds. We had to sleep on a pile if wrinkles every night. The cleanliness was about a 5 out of 10.

We love lake life!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The views are breathtaking, such gorgeous beaches, and the scenic lake. The beach house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. All of us felt at home. It was wonderful to rest and relax in comfort. Highly recommend!

Relaxed winter get away .

Had a great time . It was everything we expected and wanted. Really enjoyed the view of Lake Huron and watching the waves roll in , very relaxing . On the down side, they need a new sofa . Hope to return next year. Feb 15 thru 19 2025

Comfortable and clean with spacious family room. Nicely decorated and great location on the beach. We stayed in winter but would love to return in summer because such a great location.

Just what we wanted!

We couldn't have had a better vacation! The property was clean and comfortable. They really need a new couch, though. Very prompt response to our request for new light bulbs (my husband and I are readers). The beach was glorious with soft sand and no weeds. Couldn't have ordered better weather. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Peaceful retreat

Property was located in an ideal location. Quiet and simple. It Could have used a freshed up landscape before we arrived but was still enjoyable! Plenty of room yet a small trip hazard on the hearth and possibly providing a cheat card for TV would be helpful. Would received and would stay again!

Nice stay

The only deficiency is the tv. VERY, VERY, VERY slow response time for everything- turning it on, changing stations. You could hit the button, go to the restroom and could still not have responded. The internet worked fantastically. Had to take some virtual classes. Had no problems with those. Just so you know- I left a washcloth in the dryer. Don't need it back. Dryer seems to run for no longer than ten minutes no matter what the setting. Left door of utility closet is off track. None of these made any difference to me but thought you should know. Thank you again. Very nice stay

Right on the beach

I love to vacation on a beach and this location did not disappoint. Great beach to walk on and a perfect view of sunrises as well as a reflection in the sky from a sunset. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area but that may have been because we rented off season.

1 night on beautiful Lake Huron

Ladies get together for 5 adult sisters and nieces. Cluster of rental homes on Lake Huron. Beach is sandy and walkable in both directions. 2 bedrooms, sleeps max of 5. The pull out couch is definitely not usable. Sad that we only had 1 night and they want to charge $25/hour to check in early or check out late. We made the most of our time there. Would love to stay again

Restful getaway

I found the house very nice and comfortable. The reason for four stars for cleanliness is that the outside is also important. The patio area was jumbled with stuff. There was a broken chair which should have been removed. There were rusty roasting forks and some other things. I did not let that bother me too much but when you call yourself “ a luxury resort”, everything should be first rate.

Love the beach front

Great stay! Excellent beach front. Nice loungers on the beach. More fire pits however, they were all over the place. Soon as I got there I wanted to straighten it all out lol. I forgot about the security deposit and noticed it on my account after we came home. Called them up and they were super friendly and refunded promptly.

Beautiful view

The view was outstanding - even saw a complete double rainbow. Kitchen was a bit short on eating utensils and bakeware, but had lots of pans. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our time and would love to return in the future.

Perfect location

The location was awesome...but the cleanliness could have been better. We had multiple issues, but were fixed quickly after letting management know of them. The listing wasn't accurate with the beds, but we ended up making it work.

I used two of the cabins and they were both so cute and “beachy”. The beach is expansive and the water so cool and clean. Really-I could see the sandy bottom even in pretty deep water. The beach is right outside your door in the Lakeside cabin and only a few steps more from the Captain’. There are fire rings, lounge chairs, decks with tables, gas grills and a lovely wooden swinging bench. It was easy to find and it was convenient to drive and pick up groceries or visit restaurants. I had some issues checking in, but they helped me via text until I was able to access my cabins. There were issues with watching the TVs, but they did a lot to try to alleviate the situation. There were issues with the bed, but they sent help who fixed it perfectly. Overall I highly recommend this property for your Michigan adventure. It is right on the highway, no woods walks, but 23 grows quite quiet. I slept wonderfully even though I am sensitive to road sounds

Located right on a nice, dog friendly beach. House is spacious and has everything needed for a short stay. AC in living room works well but bedrooms were warm. Fans for bedrooms are available. TV didn’t work well during our stay, possibly due to slow internet connection. Access code to door didn’t work but I reached Mitten Easily and the problem was resolved.

Great property and location

Our group of 3 greatly enjoyed our stay. This property met our needs as far as sleeping and making meals and was quite comfortable. The beach access was amazing with the ability to walk along the shore in both directions.

Cozy Cottage

Had a nice, peaceful stay. Cottage was clean and the location was quiet. The beach is the highlight and we enjoyed bonfires in the evening. Would recommend for a family looking for a quiet beach escape!
