Absolutely incredible stay at Holiday Inn Bowmanville. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The staff were genuinely welcoming, warm, professional, and on top of everything. Breakfast was the highlight. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally kind, friendly, and kept everything spotless. The food was fresh, well-presented, and honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The hotel itself was mind-blowing for the price spotless rooms, super comfortable bed, and everything looked well maintained. The location felt very safe, parking was easy, and overall it was worth every penny. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Coffee was cold but good variety of food choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Have toiletries if you forgot anything. Kits if you’re a light sleeper.

Our first rm was dirty. We found food that hadn't been cleaned up and disposed of. They was hair in the bed. I went to the front desk and asked for a new because our rm was dirty. They swapped the rm out.Walked into that rm dirty as well. Something was spilled up the wall and not wiped down. The unit where the tv was hung. hasn't been dusted in awhile. The toilet rocked so bad when you sat on it. We were scared that it was going to fall over. They couldn't even replace the simplest thing, they call a box of Kleenex. We didn't use our continental breakfast. We just felt that. If they couldn't get a rm clean, then they probably wouldn't have a clean kitchen. We weren't willing to take that chance. The place needs a major overhaul but if they can"t look after the place, why bother. If I were Expedia, I would remove this place off their website. Maybe you should send the health inspector in, with no warning! We have never stay at such a dirty place in Canada. It wasn't suppose to be such a flea bag.

Room was good and clean. The shower head in the washroom was quite old and it took a very long time to get hot water going and once it started going it was difficult to get it back to a cooler setting. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Very sweet and courteous staff. One staff member provided a little go bag for my 5 year old with some snacks.
