No tv service, phone not working,one small side table on one side only, no hot water in bathroom sink,very small rooms, very small pillow, Staff were good.. But locals say it's a hub for prostitution and Johns. Would not recommend to anybody especially families with kids.

Staff was great, did everything to make it better. The first room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness, the second room did not smell like cigarettes but we had to accept a small double bed instead of the queen we booked and the floors were dirty. It was not even a cheap room. If the other rooms are the same, they should renovate or charge $69 a room so people know what they’re walking in to.

When checking out I heard someone mention how they had a free night due to finding a cockroach in their room. My room was clean, staff was nice; etc. Due to proximity to Oshawa there are “Interesting” Characters around and in the Motel

Nathan, at front desk was stellar! I was displaced from my apartment due to plumbing issues. I needed a place I could bring my dog. I phoned amd was instantly reassured that my dog was as welcome as I was! Nathan went the extra mile, granting my wish for a main floor room, and even checking it personally and leaving the light on for me. Check-in was smooth and effortless for me. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Nathan even brought me a second chair so we didn’t have to sit on the beds to eat our dinner! I’d suggest in-room coffee/tea, and a few more towels, as hotel towels tend to be small!

Everything was awful! Pretty sure the motel provides shelter for the unhoused. Guests in the adjoining room who we didn’t know were smoking pot and cigarettes. Other guests found bed bugs, pretty sure we had dead bugs in the beds, and mattresses were all stained. Expedia should remove this motel from your site! We left, got a full refund and had to find a different hotel at 10:30 at night. Terrible experience.

The room was not clean, the pillows were old and clumpy, the bed was bot comfortable and the bathroom was neglected. Most of the light fixtures were not working properly and the fridge froze everything.
