Staff very friendly during checkin. Our party had 2 room and requested them be next to each other. Our first room smelt like smoke to the point we didnt go beyond the door. Staff remained friendly, but tried to put us on another floor because rooms were not yet cleaned at 4pm. Another employee came over and put us in a "suite" on the same floor. We accepted this graciously and proceeded to the room. It was a very large room with full kitchen, however it didnt get better drom there. Toilet had a bad leak and ran the entire stay, shower head in bathroom was broken to the point you had to lean against the wall to get in the water. We dealt with things and proceeded to the pool with the kids. No hot tub (our mistake to not check on this) but otherwise had a good time. After a bite to eat we took all the kids to the arcade as promised. Only to find out that all "arcade" games have been replaced with slot machines. Witnessed someone elses child accidentally drop a ping pong paddle on the floor from the table. It cracked at the handle and he went to front desk to tell them. Staff came in demanding the parents room number and charged them $10 to replace what looked like a 20yr old scrap of wood at this point. Ended up spending the rest of the night with our group of 9 in our rooms playing cards because none of the advertised entertainment existed any long dor the kids. At that point we found out that heaters were not working properly either. Sweated all night on max ac. NEVER AGAIN!
