Centralized location, easy access to dining and sightseeing around. Friendly hotel staff at the front desk and the bar area! Room was way too tiny with the smallest beds in our experience, bathroom smells… Breakfast was too crowded. Kind of uncomfortable!

Oslo solo travel

Very clean, contemporary & unique room. The bed was amazing & a really good view of the city below. I found the check-in staff a little patronising but otherwise all fine. Breakfast was great, huge variety. The hotel is the perfect location for both the station and exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants and museums within easy walking distance.

This property is too big, our room had to be changed because of lack of maintenance. The next room still was not up to par- the fridge didn’t cool. The towels were so very thin. The breakfast felt like a big cruise ship - disgusting. The fruit still had the paper labels indicating they were not washed. It was convenient to the train station but a mistake nonetheless.

Big hotel, great breakfast

Clean room, 11th floor with courtyard “view” no real view but it was quiet which is what we wanted. Very little daylight gets into the area which is helpful if you like to sleep late. Coffee machine with regular coffee pods, no decaf, no tea and no kettle. Awesome breakfast buffet. Reception is always available & helpful. Pictures on hotels.com are misleading. Our room showed a bathtub in the pictures, the description did note shower but pictures should not be permitted that show options/features that aren’t available in the room that is being offered for booking.

Fantastic location of this hotel and very quiet spacious clean modern rooms. Breakfast was the star, I stay in numerous hotels a year and this hotel has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen

Oslo city break hotel.

Conveniently located and welcoming large hotel, right in the heart of Oslo. Comfortable and clean, we had a problem with our bathroom, which the hotel staff sorted quickly and effectively. As it is a large hotel, breakfast, while plentiful and tasty, was very busy.

The person who checked us in was new and needed help from others on staff. I asked for a room with two beds but we got one with only one bed. It worked out but it was not what we wanted

It’s close to train station, we did not have to take a taxi from the trains station, we just crossed the street. It is also close to the cruise port where we took Baltic cruise through NCL, it’s a 10 min walk from the hotel. The room is clean and amenities are excellent. The only thing I did not like is the door lock, they did not tell us upon check in that when you leave your room, you have to tap your card so the door locks and we just discovered it after a few tries making sure our door is closed when we left our room. It is so close and walkable to the tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Oslo.
