Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Wianno Club in der Seaview Ave und Dowse's Beach entfernt, wurde dieses Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern im vergangenen Winter (2018-19) komplett renoviert. Ende Badezimmer (Haus hat 3 1/2 insgesamt) und Französisch Türen zu einem neuen, XL überdachten Veranda. Der robuste Tisch und die Stühle aus Teakholz auf der überdachten Veranda bieten Platz für zwölf zusätzliche Stühle, die an den Tisch gezogen werden.

Die sonnige und offene Küche hat hohe Decken, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, einen Thermador-Kühlschrank, einen Thermador-Gasherd mit sechs Brennern, einen Thermador-Geschirrspüler, maßgefertigte Ahornschränke, weiße Corian-Arbeitsplatten und eine mit Quarzit bedeckte Mittelinsel. Die Küche hat jetzt einen Grundriss mit offenem Konzept, der weit offen ist für die Küche in der Küche, das Wohnzimmer und den separaten Essbereich. Dieser kombinierte Raum blickt auch auf den wunderschön bepflanzten Vorgarten, eine zweite überdachte Veranda, die Nachbarschaft und den üppigen und privaten Hinterhof und Pool. Der Poolbereich ist aus Sicherheitsgründen eingezäunt und verfügt über zwei runde Tische mit 9 Stühlen, sechs Chaiselongues und eine Aufbewahrungsbox für Poolspielzeug.
Das gesamte Haus ist RADSTUHL ZUGÄNGLICH (aber nicht ADA-konform), da es sich im Grunde genommen alle auf einer Ebene befindet (das Familienzimmer befindet sich zwei Stufen vom Rest des Hauses entfernt, ist jedoch für die anderen Räume offen und kann von jedem mit Mobilitätsproblemen genutzt werden noch ziemlich leicht an Dingen teilnehmen.

Es gibt Zufahrtsparkplätze sowie Parkplätze auf der Straße und wir haben eine Auswahl von fünf Fahrrädern, zwei Kajaks mit Schwimmwesten und Paddeln, einen John Deere-Ziehwagen, ein neues Aufsitzspielzeug für die Kleinen, verschiedene Pool- / Strandspielzeuge, Stranddecken und Liegestühle.

Für regnerische Tage gibt es ein Spielzimmer auf der unteren Ebene mit einem hochmodernen Airhockey-Tisch von Frontgate (mit automatischer Punktezählung und Zuschauerbegeisterung!). und ein Hochleistungs-Tischfußball. Karten, Spiele, DVDs usw. werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Cornhole-Spiel ist ebenfalls vorhanden.


Da die Besitzer begeisterte Köche sind und gerne unterhalten, ist die Küche voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen, XL-Hummertopf und Utensilien, Geschirr, Schüsseln, Besteck, Gläsern usw. Alle Bettwäsche sind inklusive. Keine Notwendigkeit, Extras mitzubringen, es sei denn, Sie haben sehr spezielle Bedürfnisse. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes neues Kinderbett in voller Größe, zwei Babygitter, einen Babyphone und einen neuen Hochstuhl. Alle anderen Spezialausrüstungen, die Sie benötigen, bringen Sie bitte mit.

**** Alle Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und mit einer zentralen Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die von einer Fujitsu Mini-Split-Klimaanlage ohne Luftkanal bereitgestellt wird. Es ist neu, praktisch geräuschlos und sehr effizient und bringt die Temperatur in wenigen Minuten auf ein angenehmes Niveau. Das Familienunternehmen des Eigentümers ist auf die Installation und Wartung dieser Systeme spezialisiert, sodass die Geräte in einwandfreiem Zustand sind.

The house was amazing. Immaculate. Had everything we needed especially with 2 baby grandchildren with us. Beautiful crib and high chair. Every bedroom was nice. We loved the heated pool and outdoor patio area. We enjoyed walking around the area and did so every day. We took advantage of the beautiful beach nearby and downtown area with nice shops.

Dream Vacation!

This was the perfect house for a beach vacation with a young family. The house was immaculate and had all the extra frills we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach made it easy to walk back for naps or lunch, and close to downtown for easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay Deirdre's beautiful home in Osterville. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed from a fully-stocked kitchen to a full-size crib for our toddler. The location is perfect in a town that is beyond charming. Deirdre was super responsive and accommodating. We can't wait to go back next year!

Excellent House, excellent location, excellent owner!

We rented this house for a wedding weekend and couldn't be happier with our choice. The house comfortably fit all guests and had plenty of bathrooms/showers. The location is also phenomenal, with Osterville center and the beach within walking distance. Deirdre was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Perfect house for a family vacation!

Great Stay

This is a beautiful, clean, and very organized home. Amazing location. Check-in was easy and the owner kept is very well-informed prior to check in. The owner provided very rigid rules and guidelines on how we should approach clean up and overall upkeep, but overall it was worth it since the house was so clean and spacious. Perfect for family and a Great Location

We were a family of 10, 6 adults 4 children, and really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very family and kid friendly with the pool, and a garage filled with fun activities for the kids to play with. We felt very secure with fences in the back of the house and around the pool. The only problem was one of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning and unfortunately it was very warm the week we were there but otherwise everything was so nice. We would highly recommend this house for a fun family vacation.

Happy Repeat Stay!

This was our third visit, and hopefully not our last! The house is wonderful, we love the pool, and the location can’t be beat! The provided bikes are a great feature, and we love riding to the great library in town (and sometimes ice cream, too!). Everything we could want was provided, and the property is immaculate. The patio and beautiful yard are probably our favorite, but that’s saying something with a football table and air hockey downstairs for rainy days! We are so lucky to have found this gem!

Fantastic rental

The owners have really outdone themselves with the recent renovations of this property. Everything has been thought of and tastefully decorated. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed daily by my children. The house is extremely organized which makes it so easy to vacation in, easy to find everything. Close to town, close to the beach. Exceptional owner responsiveness, it felt like we were staying with family. We happened to be on the Cape when a rare tornado hit, Dedire was responsive and helpful during the power outage and even stopped by with candles. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic house and good location on Cape Cod

We stayed at "Wianno Escape", VRBO's Osterville-Wianno 4 Bed / 3 Bath offering for a few nights this month, and could not have been happier with it. We specifically chose it because it had 3 baths and we were three couples, and the price was right. The house is a large, sprawling ranch house with many large rooms, a huge deck with large teak table that would probably comfortably seat 10. There is beautiful landscaping, a lovely pool, an outdoor shower (with HOT WATER too!). It is in an area of pretty upscale homes, and the area is very quiet (read: silent at night). It is a very comfortable walk to Dowses Beach where we spent a couple of days (we were blessed with fabulous weather while we there). The owners have almost anything you would want; we even found Dramamine which I wanted to be able to take prior to our Whale Watch trip (which we did out of P-town on Dolphin Fleet, and I highly recommend them too). The only addition I would request, and it is a very minor one, is that they provide more detailed instructions on the dishwasher, which is a commercial model. The instructions are on the front of the machine, but I believe they are incomplete (we could not figure out the racks and where to put the detergent). We did not do a whole lot of cooking at home, so it was not an issue to do most of the washing by hand. There are laundry machines too, which was great. They even have everything you would want to have a "lobster steam" at home. It was a great facility and location, and we very much hope to have a reason to go back and stay there again. Great Home; Great Location

I have absolutely no complaints and only compliments about our stay. We actually ended up staying at the home more than we anticipated given all of the amenities including the big things and small things. I'm going to try to concentrate on things that are not mentioned in the description. The private beach is literally just down the road, and it is a great beach -- all sand, no rocks, and no seaweed. It's an easy walk, or there is a parking pass, or you can take one of the 5 bikes. Speaking of getting to places, the same goes for Osterville Village. It's just down the road and again you could walk, take a bike, or park in town. Osterville is very charming and has great restaurants and an ice cream shop. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and the yard is spectacular. It's a very relaxing, serene environment. The back yard is much larger than it appears in the pictures. There was plenty of room to play yard games (all provided) both in front of and behind the pool. While there is a privacy fence, it is naturally private with foliage which seamlessly merges with the fence. The pool was great, and it is decent in size and has a shallow end and a deep end. There was plenty of seating and pool toys/accessories. We spent a lot of time around (or in) the pool. There is shade somewhere around the pool when you need it. It was in the mid- to upper-70s outdoors during our stay, and the pool remained at a decent temperature. The outdoor shower is heated, and if you close the blinds in the family room, is private. The inside of the home is tastefully decorated and is a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of our family members was in a wheelchair, and there was only one room that she could not enter unassisted. I feel that the inside is well-represented by the description and photos, so I won't go into too much detail. The owner was great to deal with and is a very nice person. She contacted us during our stay to ensure that everything was up to par. Some random thoughts: get ready for some air hockey as playing on the full-size table quickly becomes addictive even if you've never played, and ask the owner before you bring something that is not listed in the description -- they probably have it. I hope to stay here again next summer.

Twice as Nice!

We loved our first stay in 2021 so much that we came back for a repeat visit this summer. Osterville is a lovely destination on the Cape, and this property is absolutely perfect for a family. The pool, the location, plenty of room....it really can't be beat. Check in and out was seamless, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Hope this visit won't be our last!

Exceptional!

We loved our stay! The house was amazing and accommodated our 3 families well. Our trip consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 2.5, 5.5, 6 and 8). The house was very kid friendly, safe and outfitted with anything and everything you would need. They’ve thought of it all. It also happens to be gorgeous and spacious. We never felt on top of each other. The cooling system was fabulous (and our two weeks were during a heat wave). The location is great. The owners were always very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely rent here again. We loved it.

Wonderful Stay in Charming Osterville

We had a wonderful stay in Osterville. The town is so lovely, and has all of the charm of a quaint beach town with all of the convenience of larger cities just a short drive away. We loved walking to Dowses Beach (thanks to the provided wagons!) and into town. The house itself was welcoming and clean. My kids adored the pool and the games in the basement! The kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay! The rooms are spacious and the home has been beautifully renovated. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had, but we really had no issues during our stay. We look forward to more opportunities to stay at this beautiful home.

Fabulous vacation experience

This home is exceedingly well cared for and made ready for vacation visitors. Everything we needed or could even think of was provided in ample supply. Perfect vacation spot

We have stayed at this property several times and it remains a favorite spot for our family. The house is very clean, well maintained and well stocked. They have carefully thought about the little things such as having beach towels and chairs available, games like corn hole and staple pantry items to use. The house is also quite spacious allowing the family to spread out. The location of the property is perfect. You are walking distance to the beach and town and a short drive to other beaches and ponds. The heated pool is a big bonus and used frequently by our family. Over the years the Lane family have made improvements including finishing the basement and adding air hockey and a foosball table! Great for rainy days or when you need to get out of the sun. Overall, when we think of coming to the Cape this is the house the entire family wants to come to!

Amazing property in great location

This property was exactly as advertised. It’s a spacious home that had exactly the right space for our family of 7. It’s an easy walk to a beautiful, sandy beach. The neighborhood is very safe and great for walking/biking. For our early teens it was a safe walk to town for ice cream. The pool and yard was great for family fun. The house has a great kitchen and outdoor eating area and the family rooms were ideal for family game night. Deirdre is very detailed and timely on communications and made the stay easy. Her kindness and enthusiasm went a long way to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Beautifully renovated winner!!!

Loved the upscale (very high class) and thoughtfully chosen renovations to this house. Just so pleasant to stay in. Unbelievable location with proximity to beach and downtown Osterville, plus gorgeous avenues to walk or bike along and just admire other properties. Pool was topnotch as was landscaping (so pretty to look at), air conditioning was super on hot days, rooms are spacious and house has an easy flow, great for extended families to be together but have their own spot to sleep or relax. Also a dream spot for people with disabilities. Our elderly father who is in a wheelchair accompanied us and was able to move around the house with ease, and enjoy the back yard a bit too. Working with Deirdre (the owner) was also one of the easiest and most pleasant interactions we've had (and we've been renting on the Cape for about 20 summers) -- her attention to detail and understanding of specific needs was spot on, and she was just fun to work with. A great vacation for us!

A great escape!

We had an amazing vacation for our two families, including one wheelchair-bound person. The house was immaculate and had many spaces for any of the nine of us to cuddle up with a good book or movie. The pool was a great bonus (we paid to have it heated) and Deirdre provided beach towels and other little bonuses that helped us all have a great time (like air hockey in the basement)! The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking or running, and we walked to the local beach several times. We are already considering booking again for next year!

Met all our expectations!

Our family vacation was perfect. The home was beautiful and so well thought out. We had everything we needed and MORE! From kitchen items to beach towels to kayaks and bikes and a warm pool and even a quick walk to the beach, we were all set!!! The renter obviously cares about the people she rents to. Miss it already!

A bit of paradise.....

A beautiful rental. The house was spacious and had everything you can imagine. Many updates. Nautical decor.Pool was outstanding. Never saw grounds so well manicured. This was our first visit to Osterville despite many vacations to the Cape. The town is quiet, less traffic, and great restaurants. Close to the beaches. Owner was very responsive to our needs.
