當天下午check in 後，詢問有關接駁車的安排，在網上了解到酒店提供接送服務時間為下午六時前，因此亦有向職員覆實時間，當天他們有答覆說可以彈性安排，故此我地預晚上七點到車站接送我們，職員有明確表示答應，但最終失約。 另外，膳食費用偏高，低CP值。 最後，我們退房時間遲了一小時，然後被收延誤費用，我們有付款，但此體驗十分差，在此之前幾間的住宿，有少許延誤亦沒有額外收費。 房間地毯有明顯污垢。

遅い時間ということもあるが、大浴場が広く露天風呂とサウナもあり、ゆったりできた。 朝食は和食で品数が多く、一人分をコンロで温めるおみそ汁は珍しい。味も良し。 朝食時はおばちゃんスタッフ達がテキパキしていて、好印象だった。 リゾート地であり車がないと行きづらいが、車で送迎してくれるので、電車利用者でも心配無し。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で、なかなか良いホテルだった。

11月なのにまだ暑かった為、エアコンを使用したのですが、暖房しかなくて、暑くてしょうがなかった。虫が入ってくる為、窓も開けれなかったのが残念。あと、ベッド側にコンセントがなかったので不便だと子供が訴えてました。チェックインの時間が少し遅めなのと、火曜日チェックインでしたが、夜ご飯に近くの店探したけどほとんど営業外で困りました。

素泊まりプランで利用させていただきました。 お部屋は和洋室でゆっくり畳の部屋でくつろぐことが出来、大満足でした。 車での訪問だったので公共交通機関などが不便なことは気になりませんでしたが、宿泊施設内にコンビニなどの店舗が無く売店のみで、飲み物等の自販機も種類が少なく、近隣にも徒歩で買い物に行ける場所が無い事はちょっと残念でした。
