The pullout sofa is terrible. My wife and 12 year old son slept very poorly in it. Smaller than normal pullout sofa. Also we left some drinks in the fridge and called back at 11:15am and they said that house cleaning threw them out already. Right. Disappointing coming from a Marriott property. Also we asked about reserving a room for our girls volleyball team to eat together for a dinner. They said they don’t reserve rooms and they are available on a first come first serve basis. Then when we arrived they said the room was reserved for a team that was there that checked in the day before. What?
