There are lots of choices on the breakfast, including waffles, eggs (scrambled and boiled) , sausages, cakes, bread and butter/jam, and many different kind of drinks. The room also has a mini refrigerator and microwave.

We were staying here for my young sons surgury at CHEO for three nights. I called 3 times before we arrived to confirm certain things and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were each time. Check in was easy, breakfast was yummy and breakfast staff were great. All of the workers we encountered were always friendly and courteous. Staff went Above and beyond keeping our sons smoothie freezies in the hotel freezer for us for his post op. The pool was excellent because it has a true shallow end, my son is small and the day before the Surgury he was so happy to actually be able to touch the bottom. We are actually still in the hotel now, having had to extend our stay due to unforseen circumstances and again the front desk staff were excellent and kept us in our room and provided us with a reasonable rate. This was a stressful trip for our family and it has been really nice to have a friendly and easy place to stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We loved that breakfast was included AND delicious. Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious. We also appreciated the map of downtown Ottawa, Canada Day pencil, temporary tattoo, and pins. We really liked how close the hotel was to downtown Ottawa without being in downtown. Thank you so much for a wonderdul stay!
