They started by freezing the amount for the room and deposit on my credit card in the morning when my reservation said it would be done at check-in. The hide a bed in the room had no sheets, blankets, or pillows on it or in the room for it and there was only towels for 2 when the reservation was for 3. When I asked for roomservice to come and make the bed they told me to come to front desk to get what was needed to make it and make it myself, no room service!!!! Toilet was cracked all the way down the front. Breakfast was good. Will be going elsewhere next time so I dont have to make any beds.

I was there for a hockey event for kids, and its location was a plus. Young receptionists, however, didn't seem to know about the area. Ask for a Chinese restaurant. Didn't even know it was across the street.
