Disappointing Stay at Hotel Châteauneuf in Gatineau Faulty door lock led to a room change, but the new room's AC wasn't working. Staff didn't take action to fix it. Poor service and maintenance. Not recommended until improvements are made. Rating: 2/5 stars

Allergies NOT listened to & Broken AC

When I booked I called twice to ask if they have any orange products in the rooms; specifically shampoo, conditioner, lotions. Asked if they do to NOT put it in our room due to severe allergy. It was in our room. AC was broken in our room, maintenance was called came and said he’d be back in 10 minutes, never returned. I went to the front desk and they gave us a fan to put in the desk chair. Oh and the elevators weren’t working properly. Will NEVER stay there again or recommend to anyone!
