Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room was quite nice. But the general level of service and attitude of the staff (especially the girl working the front desk!) was pretty poor. Either she does not like job or she does not like dealing clients or people because she is just abrupt, impolite and generally helpful and unfriendly.
I was there for about 8-9nights. The safety deposit box in my room did not function and the service man could not change the batteries properly or get it working when he tried to fix on the first day. Then he left and never back. I requested the repair 3x and nothing was done. The exercise room is quite nice and well equipped. I used it repeatedly but the electronic display on the rowing machine did not work. Again I requested it be repaired 3x and no action was taken to my knowledge. The hotel seems fairly empty. The cafe/bar was never attended or opened. The breakfast staff were generally unfriendly. It just seems like a hotel I decline. The pool was not accessible and is under repair. And they donât know when it will be reopened and donât seem to care to find out.
I probably would not stay there again (if nothing else just avoid the unfriendly front desk girl).
