The hotel was under construction. Entrance you had to use, you either had to go up or down a flight of stairs to an elevator. Walking down corridors was a construction site and rooms of course had construction dust. Beds not made properly, bath mat had stain, hair on shower wall, was conditioner, no shampoo. Staff didn't seem to care, way different from my stay a couple of years ago

it should be notice on their site that the hotel is renovating. so the restaurant was not open except for breakfast and the indication to find the registration was not clear.

To be fair, they are under renovation, however, not warned on Expedia that it was happening. Bad signage. Prices should have been cut a little bit more. Offered free contiental breakfast. We stayed only one night. Probably still go back. Just to see what was improved. Good price still. A place to lay our head. Really close to Casino du Lac-Leamy which is why we choose this hotel.

Under renovation

I am very disappointed that my reservation was not labeled currently under renovation. I would have still considered your location but been prepared for the inconveniences. I have need of a room that provided disability support and that was what my reservation said. The renovations unfortunately had many inconveniences that caused me to feel ignored. The staff was amazing dealing with what they could and offered options. Most mornings the contractors were making a lot of noise by 7am. I had plannned my 5 nights stay to relax and get some much needed rest. The elevators were in very bad shape and only one was functional. I had a long walk to get to the exit and to breakfast in the morning. Toilet was clogged first night. It dealt with quickly. I think plumbing is an issue at this location. This location should have been closed during renovations too many inconveniences with no reduction in daily rate. Again the staff did their best.

My last experience here back in November was not good. It’s under renovation at the moment and we got a room that is much more updated and comfy. We received a free breakfast for the inconvenience of it being under renovations and the breakfast was great.

Building was under renovation and we had no idea when we booked ....we would not have decided to go here knowing this fact. A refund or .assive credit should be offered to all who had to stay during this mess. Very unsatified will never be back shame on Ramada. Pool was also green but, ladies in dinning room nice and they made great croissants.

Even though the hotel was under construction it was a great place to stay. It's in an awkward location (unless you like gambling) so you'll need a car to get from place to place. The breakfast was above par.

Nice staff. I understand the hotel iis being renovated but we had a good stay. Clean room and bathroom. However, the beddings are not. Linens are not smooth (not sure if they are not ironed anymore) and the inside of the of the comforters are dirty as you can see them visibly as they are white.

Horrible!

Property was under renovation and this was not disclosed at booking. Absolutely filthy and stunk of paint and weed. Room was not as advertised and seemed as though they had just stuck a bed and a chair into an otherwise empty room and considered it "good enough". Check in was at a temporary reception area in the basement which was dark and nasty and the staff were really not interested in anything customer service related.
