Good Place

The hotel is different from most, but it is a good place to stay if you are looking for space, with a balcony. However, as our trip was about accessibility, it was a little tricky to move around the hallways.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic — clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and a hearty breakfast each morning. The location is ideal for exploring downtown Ottawa, with major attractions in walking disance. Highly recommended!

I love how everything is organized and processed. The staff were helpful, quick and supportive. Everything is in walking distance and the area is safe too which is a big plus for me. Bed is not really great but it’s okay.
