We loved our stay at the Inn. The room was super clean and cozy. We had a perfect view of the ocean. Walking distance to the devil's punch bowl. Walking around the Inn was great every spot was picture perfect. The staff is amazing and super friendly. We will definitely be back.

Staff was outstanding; helpful in every way as my plans changed. The location is unbeatable. Each unit is privately owned so different but mine was excellent. A few things could be in kitchens for longer stays and duplicates gone in their place (steamers needed; extra collanders can go for example) but these are very minor.

Great views. Hotel tucked away, quiet, no road noise. Service excellent. Wish the restaurant would have been open. Walk to Devils Punch bowl was super easy- the trail well marked. Nice beach to the south of Devils Punch Bowl. Lots of steps/stairs to get to it and slippery rocks at the end of the stairs. Great beach to walk for miles! This hotel was great.

The property is very nice. You have to park in a lower lot and be transported to your room. They do have a person to do that by golf cart. I am handicapped which makes it difficult to walk around; the property is very hilly and the restaurant is average.

Really disappointed when we checked in at 8pm we were told to park our car and then drag our luggage through the complex to our condo. No offer of the golf cart to help us. Even though a worker came out of the building, got on a cart and drive past us on the road. Disappointed to say the least.

Our room had a great view and was very nice. We were high on a cliff and the only way to get to the room was by golf cart. We had to walk MANY stairs down the cliff to get to the beach and pool. Requested a golf cart 3 times from the pool to get to the room, waited wet and cold 25 min and it never came. Also construction outside our balcony began with hammering and people walking by living room window and balcony at 930 am. We were checking out at 11am. So much for enjoying a relaxing morning and the ocean view before leaving. When i informed the front desk the guy said, "yeah that is kinda early" Beautiful place but for $450 a night I expected better customer service.
