Come enjoy all that Ouray has to offer in the Hot Springs Suite. This nearly new unit (2021) is the closest townhome to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It's situated at the intersection of the Perimeter Trail and the North Ouray Corridor Trail. You can easily walk anywhere in town. It has 3 levels with mudroom, laundry and entertainment area with large screen TV on the entry/garage level. There’s a guest cabinet with pool towels, outdoor play equipment and ping pong equipment. There’s a card table with 4 folding chairs and an electric grill. Two sleds(and shovels!) are provided in the winter. The main level includes a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom with a deep tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features alder cabinetry and granite counters, a center island with stools and stainless appliances. There's a balcony off of this level with a railing mounted counter and 4 stools for outdoor dining. The upper level has an entertainment area with a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and big-screen TV. Both the antique washstand and the bookcase store games. The bookshelf has a variety of books pertaining to the Ouray area. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. The full bath includes a custom walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have televisions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start washing a load of white towels. Bring colored towels to the laundry area as well.
Leave stripped sheets on top of the beds. Fold comforters in thirds then thirds again and leave on top of the beds. Don’t remove the zippered pillow covers that are under the pillowcases.
If you used the grill, please clean the grate with supplies on the bottom shelf of the grill. Please place all bagged garbage in the can in the basement and leave the can inside.

Location Location Location

Condo is next to Hot Springs Pool & Visitor Center. Across the street from a Perimeter Trail access point. You can easily walk to shop & restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. Lots of well thought out details are available in this condo.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect—the closest you can get to the Hot Springs pool, and Fellen Park is right there, too. A short walk into town, and you have all you could want in this beautiful little mountain town! This property is clean and comfortable. The host thought of everything! We will be back!

Ouray Vacation with Friends

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this is not your place. It is located right by the main highway with a lot of traffic and there is a large parking lot in front with a lot of activity. Concert at the park on Thursday night went over 10:00 p.m. and was very loud from the townhome. The bedroom upstairs has a balcony, but it was too noisy to enjoy the outdoors with all the traffic and it overlooks the road. Scenic photos for this listing were somewhat deceiving. Being our first overnight stay in this area, unfortunately, we did not do enough research to know the exact location of this property and we were all disappointed in the amount of noise during the day and at night. We arrived 45 minutes early and requested to check in early since we had dinner reservations, but the owner did not respond back until 5 minutes before our allowed check in time. Being a long drive in from Texas we had to wait to get in to unpack and get ready for dinner. The townhome itself was decorated nicely, it was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place for a family with children.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location

My husband, toddler, and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, and we all had the best time! The home is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bath towels are fluffy and soft. The bathtub was perfect for bathing my toddler. We had fun playing ping pong in the garage! The views from inside the townhouse are spectacular! It was a quick and easy walk to the park and hot springs. We walked to breakfast and dinner a few times. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Three Days in Ouray

Darlene's place is great. Super clean. Has everything you would need for a pleasant stay in the area. Great location. Short walk to town or to get on the perimeter trail. Even the garage is ultra clean and is a great place to unwind with ping pong, TV, cornhole amd more. Would stay here again without hesitation. Comfortable and accessible

Very nice accommodations which worked well for two adult couples. One bedroom and bath upstairs and one down. Easy to walk into town and to access trails and the hot springs. Host provided many extras including a grill, corn hoke, and a ping pong table. Would have loved to stay longer

Perfect Place in Ouray

This was a perfect basecamp for enjoying Ouray for 10 days. The condo is extremely clean, and everything is brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and it is centrally located to walk to the hot springs right next door as well as into Ouray. Brand new appliances throughout and a fully equipped kitchen and top-notch towels and linens throughout. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Clean and well stocked

This condo was new and clean and so well stocked. Nice sheets and towels. Nice kitchen tools. The living area was on the third level with the king sized bed. The pull out sofa was broken so that was a challenge to make comfortable. The host attempted to fix it during our stay but to no avail. The outdoor balcony was small and looked out over a gravel parking lot. Not conducive to relaxing while taking in the beautiful Mountain View's. Laundry room was well stocked and nice! Ping pong table in garage which was nice to have. The beds were comfortable except the sofa bed. Hopefully that sofa can be replaced.

Beautiful views, great location

Great location where you can walk to everything in town and are directly next to the Hot Springs pool. Everything was clean and ready for us. Extra parking is very convenient in the pool parking lot. This was a nice spot for our group (4 adults, 1 child) for a long weekend!

Perfect basecamp

This was the cleanest VRBO ive ever seen. It had everything we needed of a perfect stay including towels for the pool. While it is "compact, all the appliances were made for a small unit and everything worked perfectly. The owner was very responsive and clear with communication. It is probably the best location for the pool, and and wasy walking distance to town. Everything is brand new!!

Convenient Location on the Edge of Downtown Ouray

We loved our stay at Darlene's property near the Hot Springs in Ouray. It was conveniently located just a minute from Main St, so we were close enough to go anywhere while being away from the noise of downtown. The townhouse was very clean and modern and she was always responsive when I reached out.

Great area - very clean

Our stay was great; just ran into a snag trying to check in. After a long travel day, we did not have our code to check in. We should have had the code before arrival; but had to wait for code. We were tired and hungry and frustrated to say the least. We eventually got our code and the rest of our trip was great. The condo is a bit small - really too small to cook in and eat with the family. It is really just a place to rest your head - not enough space to relax as a family. But it was extremely clean - and we were happy. We also liked that the hot spring was literally a walk in the parking lot across from condo - so convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with clean accomodations.

Ouray Stay

We took our nephew to Ouray and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We wanted to be close to town and to hiking trails as well as 4-wheel trails. The start to the Perimeter Trail is across the road and it was a short drive/walk to dinner, ice cream and shopping!
