Estadia frustrante apesar do grande potencial

Atendimento sem empatia, com dificuldade de aceitar criticas. Pessoal sem treinamento adequado. Senti falta da hospitalidade mineira, fui ex-aluno do Colegio Dom Bosco, razão pela qual fiz essa escolha para comemorar meu aniversário. A cozinha mineira foi desprezada; falta uma identidade com a história das nossas tradições culturais e culinárias.

Precisa melhorar muito!

Hotel novo, quarto de bom tamanho e bonito, área da piscina ótima. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários despreparados e mal treinados. SPA e restaurante sem horários para reserva. Quarto sem secador de cabelo e sabonete na pia, telefone e cofre não funcionavam. Bar do hotel com pouquíssimas opções de alimentação.

Inicialmente fui enganada, o hotel não fica a 6 minutos de carro da Casa dos Contos como consta no site. Segundo, vamos para o hotel, sabia que ele era novo e que alguns contratempos poderiam existir, só não imaginava que seriam tantos. Funcionários totalmente perdidos no café da manhã ao ponto de ser necessário o chef ficar fazendo a reposição da comida no salão. Nos dois dias recebi a tapioca com o recheio errado, ignorei e comi. O almoço também deixou muito a desejar. Precisei de um termômetro e na recepção não tinha. Parece que o hotel foi inaugurado antes da hora e isso fica muito evidente quando olhamos os acabamentos. O potencial do hotel é enorme pela área que está ocupando, mas muita coisa precisa melhorar

Ao chegarmos , o pessoal do check-in totalmente despreparado para a quantidade de hóspedes. Demorou muito e nos colocaram em um quarto q para nossa surpresa estava desarrumado , cheio de lixo e com um cheiro insuportável. Foi decepção a primeira vista. Dizem q a primeira impressão é a q fica ; só aí já foram dois momentos pessimos. Arrumaram outro quarto mas tivemos q esperar até 19h pois estavam arrumando. Além de nos , vários hóspedes esperaram por seus quartos. A grande saída foi ir para o restaurante. Doce engano. Um bar man para atender todos os hóspedes , que eram muitos q esperavam por seus quartos. Um caos total. Na café da manhã acordamos tarde. Não tinha mesas disponíveis na parte de dentro , visto q lá fora estava gelado. Não havia nenhum gerente para organizar a chegada dos hóspedes , e o tulmuto para ter um lugar para sentar foi disputado.

Um lugar para não voltar. Não confi com o valor da diária. Tentam ser um hotel mais boutique mas pecam em praticamente tudo. Tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o banheiro fedia esgoto. No outro quarto, a descarga estava estragada. Café da manhã não tinha lugar pra sentar. Pior que resort da Bahia.

O hotel é muito bom. Estão um pouco perdidos, apesar de ser uma rede conceituada. Faltando produtos básicos como refrigerante, capuccino e outras coisas. Mas é um hotel maravilhoso, só falta melhorar a experiência do cliente.

Fiquei decepcionado por conhecer a rede, apesar de esperar alguns problemas por conta de ter sido recém inaugurado. Os funcionários eram em pouca quantidade e sem o devido treinamento. O ar condicionado não funcionava direito e apesar de ter reclamado logo que cheguei, 2 dias depois saí com o ar condicionado sem terem consertado. Percebe-se claramente que as instalações foram entregues às pressas, pois tem muito defeito visível.

O hotel vai ficar ainda melhor quando estiver tudo pronto. Devido a inauguração recente muitos serviços ainda estão indisponíveis, os funcionários ainda estão com pouca experiência, apesar de serem muito cordiais! Espero voltar novamente quando tudo estiver pronto!
