We love this property, have been several times. The fold out beds are less to be desired now tho, and we were disappointed there were no robes as there had been in the past But for some reason were given passes to go up the gondola and another activity (we don’t do because we all didn’t have running shoes) The rooms are always nice and clean with everything you need in the kitchen

Memorable Birthday Stay! I had an unforgettable experience staying at this hotel — everything was absolutely perfect. I was celebrating my birthday with my family and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. They surprised me with a complimentary birthday setup, wine, chocolates, and a lovely card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my day. The service throughout my stay was outstanding — warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel room was immaculate, and all the amenities were clean and well-maintained. I felt completely relaxed and pampered the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or just a family/friends getaway. I’ll definitely be returning!
