Clean room, check in good. The room we got wasn't as described. We were told, Queen with a sofa pull out couch for the kids. Luckily, we dropped the kids at the grand parents, as there was not pull out couch in the room. Just a single queen bed.

The room was in desperate need of some maintenance and updating. The tub did not drain well so I had to stand in dirty water to shower. Check in was an absolute nightmare with room issues and staff who were not confident or competent. No receipts available until check-out. Hidden fees and charges that had to be disputed but was a challenge to do so. Staff who were rude and unhelpful. Hours spent dealing with issues.

The room was very clean, kitchen and bathroom very well stocked with everything we needed and much more. Love the layout of the room. We didnt need the storage because we only stayed one night but if you were staying longer and skiing the two closets would come in very handy. As would the double entance to the bathroom. A couple small critiques would be the soap and shower supplies seemed very watered down. Too much to be effective. If you are relying on hotel shampoo, conditioner and soap, don't do that here. The other is a very small detailbut if you expect guests to use their key cards at the main entrance, have surfaces for them to rest anything they are carrying while they do that. We don't appreciate having to put things on the ground. Its a small change but it would make a big difference. Anyway, we'll definitely stay again, this place was great!
