The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Hallways and carpets were visibly dirty, and the exterior grounds were in need of tidying. It gave a neglected first impression. While the front desk staff member was friendly, I was concerned about hygiene. She was blowing her nose and did not wash her hands afterward, which was quite unpleasant and not appropriate in a customer-facing role. This location needs attention both in cleanliness and hygiene standards.

When arrived I was put in a room that was not ready. I also smelled a sewer smell and was moved to a renovated room. If I pay 282.00 for 1 night why wasn’t I put in a renovated room to start. I went for breakfast I was the first one in the restaurant they were friendly. The food was cold.

Very dirty. Painfully slow check in. Jennifer was plesent but very VERY slow. She said they upgraded me to a King bed... i made a reservation with 2 queens for a reason. The view from the room was the back parking lot, it is infested with garbage and rodents. Very disgusting and disappointed. The room is dirty, floors are sticky and disgusting. Stained bed covers.
