The floor in the bathroom and bedroom needed a good vacuum. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and the heat register. The bedroom also needed cleaning with cob webs in the upper corners of the room, smudges on the wall and the floor needed a good vacuum as well. Lots of dead bugs and dirt on the floor.

DISGUSTING. UNBELIEVABLE. DEPLORABLE. These are but a plethora of adjectives I can use to describe it. Filthy, smoke alarm no battery, hair in bathtub, facets grimy, everything dusty, towel rack gone, glass shelf fallen down. Reception area unpresentable. Staff lady nice, manager lacking in customer service and personal presentation. Price OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Getting refunded.

Avoid at all cost! There were bed bugs and we unfortunately brought one home and now we are spending hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of them. We stayed on the side facing away from Tim’s and Food Basic. We’ve reached out to the management asking for a refund but no response. It’s filthy, there is no upkeep, and you will waste your money staying here.

We loved the property's location, with a grocery store, Tim Hortons, and restaurants nearby. However, we noticed a few areas for improvement: no complimentary amenities like ice cubes or water, stained sheets, and pet hair in the bed. The towels were also quite worn out. Overall, the location was great, but a few tweaks would make it even better.
