The elevator did not work and one of our outlets in the room did not work. The air/heat unit was loud. We did not have a do not disturb placket on our door or the extra lock feature was missing. Beds seemed more like full size than queen. The staff was excellent though and when we requested extra towels they came right away and offered to take our dirty ones right then. The area where we had breakfast was also very small and hard to access food as prep area door was open and blocking part of fridge and food area. If you have several people in there to eat you will have a line and be in the way of people moving around to get things.

They were remodeling ice machine didnt work and rooms where really small for 2 queens had trouble with tv remotes no closets 1 trash can in the whole room not real pleased

Well we have stayed here before the lady at front desk is always VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL and i know good help is hard ro find these days but our room the cleanliness was less than desirable their was black long hair all over the floor like no sweeping had been done in bathroom along beds in shower their qas a small wash cloth left in shower and qe found a towel used stickibg out from under mattress and i know things break down the elevator was broken again the lady at desk asked if i would take a double bed room instead of king seeing king was on 3 rd floor very nice of her my wife loves to sit in hot tub well it was warm but jets were broken like i said we have stayed here before no problems even when they were remodeling i would recommend whomever is in charge of cleaning of rooms be more observate hopefully their own house isnt left like that room of ours was this time why didnt i ask for different room i believe their wasnt any if i remember her saying only king bed was on 3rd floor and double was available on 1st and she was having a rough time with a tv in one room and sheets and towels in another and i presume no help in housekeeping cause she and this guy were folding the linens we just used a towel with our feet to sweep the floor its not their fault about house keeping anyhow they were tbe highlight of the stay front desk and guy not sure what he is to her but both are awesome friendly and helpful

Elevator was broke. I was on 2nd floor. My room had a ceiling leak. They didn’t upgrade room and gave me room next door, no leak but hallway was full of empty garbage cans to catch water. One of the Staff also had daughter at work. Wasn’t pleased overall.

Elevator ran sketchy and sounded like it's ready to breakdown. Elevator Inspection expired in 2020. Saw termites on the carpet by the Elevator on 3rd floor. Hotel had been renovated and was clean and employees respectful and attentive. Breakfast was mediocre. GRAVY WAS WATERY AND SAUSAGE NOT BROWNED.OVERALL A DECENT STAY. The caps are related to my keyboard use not anger.

We’ve stayed here in previous years while visiting family and despite the new renovations (that apparently were only done on the outside and common areas) it has gone downhill. The carpet in the rooms is full of stains and very old, there’s water damage on the walls, the lights in the bathroom are incredibly dim, and the room smelt of mildew. The workers were very friendly however stood right outside the front door smoking so unfortunately you had to walk through that to get smell inside. I can’t say we will stay here again which is unfortunate as it is very close to family.
