Affordable hotel in Botley. Three supermarkets right next to the hotel. Free parking which was perfect. Second time we stayed here. The hotel rooms are damp. Two out of three elevators were out of order. We asked for a room cleaning halfway in our stay which unfortunately wasnât done. The receptionist was very sorry when I informed them of this. Large bed.

The reception staff was not helpful. And they gave the smallest room possible in their property without anything. They didnât have an intercom in the room or basic amenities. It was the worst experience.
I stayed in room 611 at Premier Inn and had a very disappointing experience. My Expedia booking stated a 12:00 noon check-out. However, at 11:50 a.m., a staff member entered our room without proper notice while we were getting ready to leave, saying check-out was at 10:00 a.m.
We felt rushed and uncomfortable, unable to finish preparing for departure. By the time we left around 12:15 p.m., several staff members were in the hallway insisting we vacate immediately.
The service was also poor at check-in; there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait for someone to arrive.
This experience was stressful and disappointing. Management should ensure clear communication of check-out times and respect for guest privacy.
