Sanctuary 2QBR Farm Stay

This charming cottage was designed to be a shared! It's easy to social distance here. Sanctuary has its own entrance, private bathroom & mini-kitchen if cocooning . Only 10 minutes from Oxford Square, but plenty of space to relax onsite! Common room has fully furnished kitchen with everything you may need to create a family meal or dine downtown in one of Oxford's world renowned restaurants. Enjoy the screened porch, relax poolside, stroll the grounds or visit the horses.

This room is in a farmhouse in the country with such a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Most people get here and find reasons not to go into Oxford. The deer and horses are your closest neighbors but owners are on sight if you need anything. There's a a screened porch with this room the back yard has a fire pit & picnic area. The pool is close by for quick dips or long term sunning. On-site sister properties in our Nests compound are Eden, The Love Nest, The Empty Nest, all listed on Airbnb. Pet friendly.

We live on the property about 75 yards away from the guest cottage. You may see us walking around doing our farm chores and please, feel free to approach us if you wish to talk. Otherwise, we will give you your privacy.

The Nests are 1/4 mile off Hopewell Road (CR 231), one of the more picturesque country roads in North Mississippi hill country. There is a very old cemetery at our entrance with some headstones dating back to 1700's. Hopewell Road makes a great place to walk, stroll o,job. We have a few lucky families who live here, thus pets, wildlife, occasional loose livestock so enjoy your slow drive down our quintessential country road.

Cars are required

We have great long term rental rates for this room. These rates are steeply discounted and do not include routine housekeeping or laundry supplies for personal use. Clean towels and bed linens are provided during f your stay.


You will see the horses across the wooden fencing. They love to get petted but please don’t give them treats. Hand fed treats make horses nibble (people) and there’s lots of people food that horses aren’t supposed to eat.

This is not the place to rent if you want a party space. We DO have a party barn that we rent for small parties (<25 ) starting at $500 plus Contract.
