Staff at check-in seemed clueless since this was booked via hotels.com. Upon checkout a receipt was refused to be given as this was booked through a 3rd parts source. Upon reserving the only request I made was for a room with a tub - at check-in I was told new blinds were being installed in all rooms with a tub and were not available.

We loved the hotel. However the "box" that the mattress sits in is too big. I hit my "new" knee on it 2 times, the last time it took me too my knees the pain was so bad. It needs to be adjusted or padded. Other than that it's great.

Very nice property. Very clean and the staff was very nice. I had a little trouble keeping the room cool enough. There were no cups in my bathroom. Not even plastic ones and that would’ve been nice. Also would’ve been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I know that’s a luxury and there are coffee makers in the lobby, but that’s just a personal preference.
