Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here. Great location near shopping and restaurants and of course, the beach. The house is well stocked for preparing meals and snacks, just visit the local markets to buy your favorite foods. There were several upgrades since our last visit, new bedding and lighting and the ceiling fans were a great addition. On suggestion: a shower ward would be welcomed. We plan to stay again sometime next year.

Overall this place was a perfect vacation rental. They had beach toys, full kitchen stuff, and even a portable crib for our 2 year old. The bbq in the back let us host a tritip cookout. We couldn't be happier!

Great little home near the beach

Home is super comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood is quiet! The Pt. Mugu airshow was this weekend (3/17-3/19) and we were treated to several fly overs from the Blue Angels while we strolled the beach on Friday! It was awesome! We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again!
