It took me more than 20 minutes to check in because they couldn't find my reservation. The room was dirty, the microwave and stove were not cleaned, and there was a bag of dog food in the kitchen storage. they don't have wifi. the bed blankets were burned by cigarettes
I arrived at midnight, rang the buzzer several times, and no one answered. I therefore had to find a different hotel in the middle of the night at twice the price.
I didn't stay there because I didn't feel safe. I pulled into the parking lot and watched a vagrant pushing a shopping cart by the rooms would stop and stare into them for long periods of time. There was a bike heap of bicycles and the place looked like a junk yard. Lots of sketchy people loitering. I was on a motorcycle and did not feel like I could properly secure it.
They are renovating this property. The rooms are nice but housekeeping could be better. The owner was the best. Very receptive to my concerns. They will get it right.
This property was extremely run down. This property was covered in piles of bicycle parts, homeless people loitering in parking lot and outside rooms. The room smelled very strong of cigarettes. Smoking inside apparently is common there as I saw people walking in and out of rooms with lit cigarettes. Contacted Expedia for a refund because my children have asthma. Requested a refund from the owners. The owners state they need Expedia to call them so they can allow the refund, however the owner hangs up every time an agent attempts contact. The owner demanded a cash deposit and stated I donât get the deposit back if I get more than 2 warnings? This place was super seedy. They advertise a pool and a bar. There was neither pool nor bar, just a bunch of homeless people smoking cigarettes and taking residence with government vouchers. Stay far far away.
