Everything in the room was ok but i think a little work in the bathroom would be great. If extra bathroom mat could be provided will be better in future since one shower makes it messy. Restaurant- Aja is the best chef that we ever met. I dont think anyone can make better food than him. He is a 100. Apart from that, service in restaurant is okay but if lunch menu can be looked in. There is not much to chose from. I mean utilqa is one of the best resorts and nothing can stop me from staying there for vacation. But the lunch menu is not that interesting. Staff service is 👍 perfect. Specially kim. Thank you for your kindness. You are very helpful and a top in solving any issues. My husband and i appreciate you. Utilqa is one of our favorites and my family and i will continue our stay with you. Thank you.

The two room modern apartment was spotless with a fully stocked kitchen for us to make breakfasts and lunches. While we used aircon at night during the day you can open the windows and stay cool with the prevailing breeze (we were on 3rd floor). The staff were great and the restaurant serves amazing food. We didn’t even try another place during our five day stay since there were so many menu choices on site. The pool is large and there are several hot tubs. The beach was amazing! Long stretch of soft sand where we played hours of games in the water. There is no local coral reef to cut your feet on. Lots of SCUBA options nearby, including the famous shark dive tours. The landscaping is very well done - flowers everywhere. 100% will go back because of the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and great restaurant.

The staff at Fiji Palms was wonderful, couldn’t have been nicer. The restaurant has good food and drinks with reasonable prices. The rooms were clean,except for some deep cleaning issues like the top of the oven exhaust was very greasy.the kitchen itself well stocked with supplies. There is a sugar ant problem (which seems common in Fiji as even our rental car had them) and we had to put EVERYTHING in the fridge. The gardens are lush and beautiful, very well managed! The pool has strange fake grass around it which I thought odd as it took away from the lush gardens around it.

Our short stay was very pleasant. The units are a bit older and if you have a hire car the parking is a bit limited. The units have everything you need to self cater but the restaraunt and barbare well priced compared to neighbouring resorts. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was a bit musty when we first checked in but they quickly cleaned things up and has the room smelling better Good valie for money and if you are here for shark diving a good place to stay

A beautiful resort in Pacific Harbour with lovely friendly staff. As a coeliac, having a kitchen was great and there was gluten free food available at the nearby supermarket. The apartment was neat and tidy with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel pots and a frypan, a glass baking dish, a french press, and selection of utensils. The beach is nice for swimming and the visibility was incredible on most days. There is a little bit of good snorkeling from the beach along the rock wall provided the swell is calm enough, but it is primarily just a swimming beach. We did a snorkeling trip with Coral Coast Divers to Yanuca Island that was incredible but cost about AUD140 per person. The pool and bar area is pleasant and there is a table tennis table and pool table. There are also BBQs scattered around the grounds. The communal spaces are big enough that they never felt crowded. The only thing we would have liked is if the resort had some sea kayaks for us to use. You can hire kayaks from the neighbouring resort for FJD25 per hour to go up the river.

We loved the tranquil setting and the gardens at this property. We had easy access to the beach and sea, which we swam in every day. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We did not like the fake grass around the pool, and we were not mad about the dinner options at the restaurant. But overall, we were very happy and would recommend it.

My experience was about to be horrible because i accidentally double booked and hotels.com made it a hassle for me to get my money back but Fiji palms manger helped me through the problem and next time I would directly book through Fiji palms and will make your trip a whole lot better and showed us all the fun things to do in Fiji witch made the trip so much amazing

Nice place- a bit odd as it seems most of the condo units have family staying in them, many of whom seem to know each other. Feels a little like you’re outsiders staying. Wouldn’t highly recommend (also kind of in the middle of nowhere), but it was nice to have a washer dryer and 2 bedrooms/baths.
