Front desk was rude. I arrived to check in at 4 which is what the check in time was. She told me “my room wasn’t ready, and that I could check in whenever I want but I can’t go to the room until it’s ready”. Told me they would call me. The beds are hard and the rooms are outdated.

From start to finish: we drove up and the building itself looked pretty run down. I was questioning my choice until we got inside. Clearly that had been redone recently and I was quite surprised. Our room was big, clean, and had a nice front row view of the water. The bed was okay at best. Very bouncy, which meant I could feel my husband move throughout the night. The one thing that I did not like was the feeling that they were trying to kick me out too soon. Normal check in usually starts at 3:00 PM. This hotel starts at 4:00. At 8:00 in the morning, I received both an email and a text asking me what time I was planning to check out. Then at 8:45 AM, housekeeping was already knocking at my door. Can I please enjoy the room I paid for? Beond that, I would probably choose to stay here again.

Service was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel well-positioned near restaurants and beach. Room had a really nice patio (although my room had a limited beach view). A couple downsides-- it can be difficult to get around the hotel (up a stairs, down a couple hallways, elevator up, down a really long hallway to room) and the room air/heat was a touch noisy and cimplicated to control.

When I arrived, I discovered that I was given one king size bed when I had reserved 2 queen size beds for my nephew and I. The woman at the desk was very kind, but said the only other thing available was a king with a hide-a-way bed for my nephew. When we settled in the room, we discovered that the wifi was so weak, we were not able to do anything on our devices. Overall, a big disappointment.
