I want my money back, rented 2 rooms. Was given room 102 to begin with, reaked of pot, was put into room 110, next morning when I had the lights on in the bathroom there was black mold on ceiling- made front desk guy aware, he informed me, theyâve been treating for mold, and I should have let them know last night, and they wouldâve changed my room again- I didnât know I was responsible to do inspections. The other room that my family stayed in also had black mold on bathroom ceiling. The front guy videos it, took down my number, and said the management will call me- the chairs in the dining area, all stained and dirty. I should have some type of compensation for this. We should not have to pay to spend the night in filthy rooms. The front desk person sent pictures and videos of black mold in both bathrooms.
