The staff was not welcoming when we arrived. The facilities is run down. The breakfast was horrible. I would not come back. They have a bell in the middle which goes to show that they’re not here for the customers. No one is at the front until the bell is rung. They have a basket with a sign telling customers to communicate with them that we’re checking out.

Hotel was clean and in a good location but free breakfast was disappointing. Having said that we would still be happy to stay there again. Please also note that it is 5dollars to use the washing machine and the same again to use the dryer. A lot more than other places we have stayed recently

We planned to stay 3 night but had a change of plans and only stayed for 2. The Hotel would not let us out of the 3rd night so we paid for and empt room. We also let them know when we arrive the first day. I will not stay at a Baymont again!!!

Started well with excellent reception staff who upgraded us. Unfortunately the room was not as clean as it should have been with carpets and bathroom floor dirty to the extent that walking in bare feet resulted in dirty soles. On coming home from the first days trip the room was as we left it. On enquiring we were told that there is no housekeeping until the 3rd day of a stay. This should apparently been told to us at reception which it had not been. We suspected that this policy could have been the cause of the room condition. On our further travels this now appears to be a common policy in other hotels probably to save staff costs. The advantage is that you don't get disturbed or feel you have to vacate the room for cleaning but this should not be at the cost of cleanliness.

It was easy checking in and out, clean rooms, comfortable beds. A continental breakfast was included with the room. The breakfast was more than continental, included eggs and sausages. The place where the breakfast was served is huge, no problem finding a table. I recommend this hotel because is near the park, you can walk from the hotel to the shuttle station to Bryce Canyon.
