We struggle with the horrendous amount of single use plastic and general waste eg plastic cutlery, beakers covered in plastic bags, plastic bin liners, cardboard bowls and plates?It is everywhere. Why can’t guests use normal cutlery and plates which would dramatically reduce landfill and waste management costs?
