Clean room. In good condition Spacious. Small tv that there direct tv turned off and never came back on. So no tv. Cavelike only one window that used to be a door. No way to let anylight in room without not having any privacy. Low ceilings Good value for price and condition of room.

Parking outside room. Tired motel but cheap. Laundrette 2 mins away. No kettle ,coffee maker or hairdryer in room. Breakfast was awful. Not enough food or seating for number of guests. Bagels, sometimes a muffin and cheap yogurt. No fruit. Air con worked fine. Wifi slow simetimes. Didnt use pool but looked clean. Oddly placed in middle of car park.

The outlets and lights in half the room didn't work. The curtain didn't close all of the way, so there was light shining right into the room all night. If we hadn't been so tired, I would have left to find a different hotel.

The only good thing about the room was the overhead lighting. We deemed it “the well lit dump”. Carpets were filthy with big stains, the TV did not work and we even bought new batteries for the remote and it still didn’t work. The mattress was noisy and uncomfortable, the bathroom had very few amenities (the mirror was so high you needed to be over 6 feet to see your face)and no alarm clock or hairdryer. The AC was extremely loud and the room was split into two and the second half did not get cooled. The front desk was unmanned several times and the morning breakfast was mediocre.

Carpet dirty and frayed, sink didnt drain,ac didn't work correctly and booked 2 rooms and they only had 1 room for us. Wouldn't recommend to anyone even an enemy.

Excellent - with a few exceptions

Wonderful, comfortable hotel. Nice beds, good size room. Clean. Simple without being trashy. Highly recommend this hotel. BUT, there were a number of maintenance items that needed more attention. 1) TV did not work, 2) Hairdryer did not work, 3) Toilet seat was wobbly, 4) Inadequate parking for hotel, 5) Lamp in room was broken, 6) no microwave, 7) breakfast - not enough seating, not enough food was put out, same lady who put out food also checked out people, 8) Not enough outlets in room near the bed. But I am confident they will work on these & rectify them. It really was a good experience.

Scheduled for a 2-night stay at this location. Upon arrival (late) there was no management to speak to - the parking lot was full of people partying (motel doors open, loud music, alcohol). We did not believe this to be a safe location, tried to call Knights Inn several times with no response - called Hotels.com/Expedia and they tried to get ahold of hotel management to no avail. We understand that we did not attempt to cancel in time for a refund on the 1st night stay, however; we still tried to gain a refund but NO ONE was around at the hotel to help us - Hotels.com/Expedia was of no help - and now, both parties are playing the "Blame Game" as to who won't reimburse, saying the other party is at fault. Still awaiting the outcome to see if we will be reimbursed. Until then, my advice is NOT to book here or pay the insurance when you do book here. :(

The location is great with Starbucks, Domino’s, Subway, and Safeway all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, though cleanliness could be improved, and the AC gave us some trouble. They shouldn’t advertise ‘free breakfast’ when it’s really just a free bagel.
