While I had hoped for a pleasant stay, several issues made it difficult. Our room was over two hours late (not ready until after 3:30 PM despite a 1:00 PM promise), and the Wi-Fi was non-functional the entire time. The service at the front desk also felt unwelcoming; basic courtesies like "thank you" or "how was your stay?" were missing during both check-in and check-out. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve staff communication and reliability.

The hotel front desk staff have serious problems with their attitude towards guests. They exhibited unreasonable behavior, blaming the guest for their own mistakes without even checking, and continued with an absurd attitude of criticizing the guest's behavior even after confirming their own errors. Even one star is too generous for this level of service, and I believe the hotel management must address this employee's work attitude for the hotel to improve.
