The staff was wonderful and friendly however the hot-tub was shut down for the season which was disappointing as I didnt see that anywhere when I booked and after a 12 hour drive was very much looking forward to soaking, there was a smell in the hallways and breakfast was mediocre.

Front Desk staff were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean, although it did have an odor to it. Had to cancel last day and process had to be handled through Hotels.com, not La Quinta.
