Jerrica was so accommodating. She allowed us to change our dates after our entire family got Covid and had to postpone our trip. The house was absolutely amazing and just as advertised. It’s 10 minutes from the Wahweap and Antelope marinas. Spending time on Lake Powell was phenomenal and it was so nice being able to rest and sleep in a comfortable home. The large couch in the living area was big enough to accommodate all 10 of us. And the large granite slab extended from one end of the kitchen all the way into a dining area which seated us all comfortably for meal times. The home was stocked with games, extra blankets, plenty of pillows and a nice array of kitchen appliances. The hot tub sits off a deck and has neck rests and strong jets to soothe sore muscles after a long day jet skiing and wake boarding. The backyard has enough room to play games and bbq. We didn’t spend much time in the pool but that was a nice added bonus. The views are spectacular from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Jerrica’s VBRO.

Spectacular house, located in a great area with views of Lake Powell. Perfectly located between Wahweap Marina and Antelope. The house is well apportioned with a pool, jacuzzi and plenty of patio seating. The air conditioner blows ice cold, the bbq works great, and the neighborhood is nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 8. The host is excellent at communicating. We had a great time and we are already looking at dates to return.

Very Satisfied

The house appeared beautiful online and it was beautiful in person. We didn’t get to use the 2 car garage which was disappointing because our cars really heated up in the driveway. The A/C was out the first 2 nights which was very unpleasant but the owner refunded us one night’s stay immediately without my having to ask, which I thought was very good business. She stayed in touch with us and kept us informed as she worked to get it back on. The pool was cold even with The hot temperatures and the owner warmed it up upon request. One of the bedrooms had a large greasy stain on the carpet that was hard to see at first. As the week progressed the stain became more evident and was an eyesore. Every room had light switches that were very hard to turn on. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of eleven. Lots of blankets and dishes and pans to serve us. The neighborhood was very nice and right down the road was a grand view where we could hike and see an absolute beautiful view.

This is a quiet lovely neighborhood with easy access to Wahweap. Teens and adults had a great time. We found the house very clean. We especially appreciated the three king beds the great view from the balcony and ample parking for cars as well as the boat. It is likely that we will book this home again for a family trip to Lake Powell.

Overall, the property is very nice and I enjoyed my time there. However, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention: 1. **Yard Maintenance**: The yard was full of weeds which detracted from the overall appearance of the property. 2. **Patio Cleanliness**: There were a lot of ants on the back patio. 3. **Pool Cleanliness**: The pool was a bit dirty and could benefit from more frequent cleaning. 4. **Wildlife**: In the evening, there were many bats flying over the pool. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive. I believe addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the enjoyment of future visitors. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.

Great House!!

There were 5 of us staying here on a girls trip. Perfect for our stay

We needed a place to stay for our elopement wedding. It was just the two of us, our infant son and two friends who acted as a nanny for us. The views were spectacular, beautiful home, and very cozy. It was extremely windy during our stay so it was hard to be outside hiking but there are trails nearby within walking distance. Horseshoe bend is a 10-15 minute drive and everything is a super quick drive. It was nice having a highchair that clipped onto the island for our son but the stairs were a constant battle with him. No fault of the owner by any means but it would be awesome if they provided a baby gate. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

We love staying here. We’ve stayed here 3 times and it’s been great every time. VERY comfortable beds and sofa/recliners. The bunk bed is even super comfortable. The views are just gorgeous. The pool has a cover, so you can keep it closed if you have small kids in the group. The home is very clean. We have never run out of hot water for showers(I think there is an on demand system for hot water). The kitchen has every appliance/pot/pan we needed to cook meals. The washer and dryer are great. We love how there is plenty of parking for our boats. We also love the shelves in the garage to store extra drinks. There is plenty of closet space in the rooms to actually unpack your bags. Tons of space in the kitchen to put away food. We love coming back to this beautiful, comfortable, air conditioned home after a day of playing in the hot sun. This home is in a very nice neighborhood. It’s close to shopping. Many great restaurants in the area.
